Ever since I was a kid I tried to give advice. My sister is 5 years older than me so I was constantly hearing about her crazy boy crushes and "brokenheart phases". I considered myself a proffesional vent cushion. Although what I suggested to her usually got an unpleasant remark in return, i kept listening.
I like to think that giving advice to the 'wondering" helps to widen their perspectives, and in the long run to find a solution.
I also find it fun to answer silly questions.
